We meet with our client to determine his design needs and his particular style and taste. At this time we also discuss the budget and any timing needs within his schedule. We then determine the scope of the job and which of our experts will be necessary to meet with the client.
We now start to pull together a selection of visuals and design concepts to share with our client. We will then fine tune the idea/concept that he has chosen. And next draw up and sign the contract.
After determining the needs of our client, we select and purchase all toiletries, linens, stemware, barware, cookware, flatware, service ware and pantry, bar and household supplies.
Now we begin to furnish the home, stock the house with all the home goods needed for kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, and unpack the client’s personal items.
Complete all design within the home.
We may bring in an expert, for example a home security technician, audio visual specialist, the closet organizer. We may also need a contractor to make any needed cosmetic changes. For example tiling, painting, renovate a master bathroom.
Our last step is to interview and hire any staff needed by the client – a personal chef, housekeeper, gardener, nanny, estate manager.
We compile an extensive personnel and information folder for our client including any contacts and accounts for household services such as gas, electric, telephone, cable, local restaurants, doctors, grocery delivery, local flower shops.
